Schedule for Fall 2011 into 2012

Registration steps

To prepare to register a child at The Studio, please:

Select classes on the schedule that do not pose conflicts
Review the fees, terms and conditions
Review the registration information
Payment for all fall classes due by Sept. 17, 2011

Please note that on rare occasions a class date, time, fee or teacher may have to be changed. In this event, we will do our best to make suitable arrangements with the dancers involved.

Fees

Fall 2011 - Spring 2012 term fees are as follows. (Fees do not include HST.)

Terms and conditions

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply:

Fees may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card.
Payment for the Fall term is due now. (Payment arrangements are possible for multiple classes.)
Payment for the Fall 2010 term is due September 20, 2010. Please leave a post-dated cheque or a credit card number to cover 2nd term fees.
H.S.T. (13%) will be added to all course fees.
Credit is not given for missed lessons or for holidays.
An annual administrative fee of $20 applies for each dancer.
A refund fee of $20 applies if a dancer withdraws from a class within the first three weeks.
An administrative fee of $30 is due for each returned cheque.
An outstanding balance fee is applied; this is 2% per month.
Exam or recital expenses are additional, as are costs associated with travel to dance competitions.
You will receive a full refund for any course cancelled due to insufficient registration.
You will receive a pro-rated refund for a class if you withdraw from it up to the third class in a term.
You will not receive a refund for a class if you withdraw from it after the third class in a term.

Registration policies

The Studio School of Dance has set registration policies, as follows:

Classes are filled as registrations arrive. Class sizes are limited. Avoid disappointment by registering and paying for your child’s classes today.
We will create a waiting list for a class that has filled but we cannot guarantee a place. If a spot becomes available, we will fill it with the first person on the waiting list. There is no guarantee a person on a waiting list will get a place.
Second term placement is not guaranteed unless a post-dated cheque of credit card number is on file for the payment.

Once you have chosen your classes, ensuring no schedule conflicts, register now by calling 613 225 6820, by writing to us or by completing our on-line Registration Form and mailing or bringing it in to us.

Note: No Refunds are awarded after classes have started.
